From “initial site survey” right through to ongoing “emergency backup”, we provide a service that allows you to concentrate on your business whilst devoting minimal resources to maintaining the continuous service of great tasting water for your staff and customers. Our fully trained staff have up to 14 years experience of nothing but installing and maintaining plumbed-in water coolers. Their training has included Hygiene Awareness, Sanitising Procedures and the specialist requirements as defined by the WRc-NSF/EPDWA Installers Course.
We also retain the services of Mike Hurst BSc (Hons) FRSH of Watermark Consultancy. He is a consultant microbiologist of international standing within the industry and advises us on a wide range of technical issues.
Site Survey
Where we listen to you and find out exactly what you want and then we explain how we would hope to achieve it. From identifying the right type of water supply through to the best route for taking the water to your preferred cooler site, we need you to be totally confident about our plans for possible installation before we start!
Installation
Is usually surprisingly straight forward and can be done without disruption. We can, however, always adapt to any special requirements. Flood prevention valves, pressure reduction valves and single check valves are always fitted in every installation as a matter of routine. We want “Peace of Mind” as well as you!
Routine Sanitising And Filter Changes
Are standard for all installations. Whilst the EPDWA recommends a minimum requirement of 6 monthly visits which we offer, we have found that we can maintain a significantly higher standard of performance and presentation of our customers coolers with a regular 3 monthly routine of visiting whilst still remaining very competitive with our pricing.
Filter changes are made inline with manufacturers/EPDWA recommendations and usage. 6 monthly changes are the norm. Should you have special requirements, we will be happy to discuss these with you.
Repair Backup
Is, we believe, the true test of service performance. Whether it is repairing you machine on site or providing a replacement, we aim to be with you the same day or next working day at worse.
